Commencing in 2000, he served as the COO and CFO of a corporate venture in Japan, playing a pivotal role in its growth from a modest team of 25 employees to a workforce of 500. Under his leadership, the company's sales skyrocketed from $0.6 million to an impressive $30 million.
Building on this success, Mr. Taira ventured to establish his own company, Enspirea LLC, in 2010, operating in the United States. Through Enspirea LLC, he provided consulting and system development services to renowned US manufacturers, including implementing automated engineering processes for esteemed clients such as Ford Motor Company.
Harnessing the wealth of knowledge acquired throughout his career, Mr. Taira has been dedicating his expertise to consulting endeavors, specializing in IoT and digital transformation (DX). His deep understanding and involvement in these cutting-edge fields make him an invaluable resource for organizations seeking innovative solutions and strategies.

Mr. Ogusu is an HR Consultant with the motto "Fair, Clear & Positive" and has been creating opportunities for Japanese companies in the U.S. to recognize and take the first steps toward solving their problems. He has also begun to address issues of work style reform and lifetime employment in Japan as well as in the U.S. He has appeared on SBS Radio (Shizuoka Broadcasting System) on an ongoing basis.
He is bilingual and well versed in the cultural differences between Japan and the U.S. He has had compulsory education in both Japan and the U.S. and has worked for Japanese companies based in Japan, U.S. corporations headquartered in Japan, local Japanese companies in the U.S., and purely U.S. companies. He is one of the few Japanese who holds a Senior Professional Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a licensed Health/Life Insurance professional.
